If possible, please let me know in advance if you’d like to cancel a session. This allows me to fill gaps during the day or I can re-arrange your session to a different time.

If you need to cancel a session at short notice (within 48 hours) I’ll offer to either re-arrange your session, or cancel without a fee on two occasions per year.

If you cancel more than two sessions per year within 48 hours, you will be charged for the session, and I will not offer to re-arrange the slot.
